Good location!
What guests loved:
Close to the location needed and had lots of restaurants around. Like the gym!
Areas for improvement:
The price was not the best for that location. The lounge area was small.

What guests loved:
The staff was nice and always acknowledging guests. The gym was good and happy it was opened 24/7. The free beverages in the lobby were appreciated.
Areas for improvement:
Room location should have been corner room given that I was staying six nights and requested. Plus, the price paid was too much for such a small room near the elevators.

We intend to be back at least every three months!
What guests loved:
Location was perfect for our needs (our son lives in the UES) and just a short walk to the Q line. It was clean, well-maintained, and the staff were warm and friendly. Great value.
Areas for improvement:
The lobby and room decor was a little spartan, no art on walls.

Convenient walk to Mt Sinai. Tidy rooms, good service.
What guests loved:
I spent two nights, two different rooms. Rooms are tidy.
Areas for improvement:
It was really hot in NYC when we were there and the AC was barely squeaking out any cold air, however it was better than none at all.

Daughter lives in neighborhood. Always consistent and safe.

Glad they have replaced some carpeting in hallways and rooms. And wall decors.

Great value for money.

Very clean, very comfortable beds, spacious enough room, nice bathroom products.
Areas for improvement:
Location a bit not central, staff stuck to protocol and felt strict and curt.

Definitely a great place to stay for doing activities in the upper East side of Manhattan.
What guests loved:
Clean and QUIET! We were surprised to hear very little outside traffic noise or sound from in the hotel. Room had plenty of light also!
Areas for improvement:
Only real negative was no night light in the bathroom. It would be very nice to not be exposed to blinding light when using the bathroom in the middle of the night.
